THE TRANSPARENCY IN LITERATURE

People seem to have buried themselves under the fur of deceits and unclean attributes pertaining to personal growth and public life. This is not because it is not clear and observable, but it is because some personal unnecessary wants we turn as targets becomes a veil to the truth. We barely refer the things we do within ourselves before setting the goal, the positive aspects to self and its impact to global outreach. There are ways, different ways someone can become potential in life, but not through the track of harmful secrets, deceit, dishonesty and untrustworthy inclinations. All this are the route to failure and shameful decommissioning, that's why the ideology of transparency is based on light to reserve integrity and good virtue in any area of implementing goals and setting a vision pursuit for ourselves.

Transparency, as used in science, engineering, business, the humanities and in other social contexts, is operating in such a way that it is easy for others to see what actions are performed. Transparency implies openness, communication, and accountability. Transparency is practiced in companies, organizations, administrations, and communities. For example, a cashier making change after a point of sale transaction by offering a record of the items purchased (e.g., a receipt) as well as counting out the customer's change on the counter demonstrates one type of transparency. A leader can be progressive every time, depending on the relationship between members and the executive leaders of the organization. All needs to be transparent, in sharing views, helping each other and relating without regards of ill wills.

Relating transparency in literature to a better understanding, we consider the below listed;

• The Relationship between writers
• Promoting literature and its purposes
• Critiquing and Correction
• Networking

Firstly (The relationship between writers), this is the greatest tool to explore and become strong in every aspect of life. Togetherness... How many writer do you encourage a day, how many co writer have you been sincere with, How many did you impact positively on, And how many did you share views and help built as way of openness? Do you count them as one, two and three, special ones or you encourage generally? That makes you the perfect writer, it makes people lured to join because there is love, there is care, there is sincerity without cheat and all positive demonstrative transparency and support in it.

Secondly (Prompting literature and its purposes), the first thing that comes to the mind of an aspiring writer is how to excel and quickly become famous. Its absolutely wrong, because you can't just roof a house without foundation. This is what you really need to fight as an aspiring writer before you fall shamefaced. Write and develop the enthusiastic character of being original and headlong. Another way of failing is when a successful writer misses the norms of literature and conform it by illegal promotions. This has caused allot of pollution in the community of writers today, but they are diminishing because there is no purity in what they do. Literature purposes and norms base on nonprofitable initiates, not purchasable gradings, but the expense goes only for aiding the less privileged and token pricing for books because of materials. Sadly some writers takes it as a career for incomes at grading and unnecessary hunt for titles.

Thirdly (Critiquing and Correction), we consider it very hard to observe and also make corrections within ourselves. For example, Many writers, aspiring ones in that matter, will not condone a co writer to correct his/her works, because they might be like 'has he corrected his own before showing me skills here' ? Then because we don't want someone to be embarrassed, we see wrongs demanding correction but ignore. This is a track to absolute failure in the writing propaganda, the best writer comes as one who accepts correction from even a child because there's no perfect one on planet earth we have known.

Fourthly (Networking), the need to be conscious of being associated with some conforming literary platforms and internet organizations is highly needed. Some of those organizations make you and others around them puppets to promote themselves. They may not likely have any laid impact on people and writers, not even a valid writership recognition, but will offer accolades of mere papers without analysis and proper checks. This does not make any transparency, but a close look can detect even the hidden persons.

Also, we have some reputed writers without the polishing quality to inspire and get inspired, some social but desperate award hunters yet the others that maintain the transparency of literature always excel.

It is now left with every writer to determine the extent to which various types of reviews, articles, poems and stories published in literary world are made transparent for readers, researchers, impacting public lives. Be able to see how many co writers we can inspire and get inspired back, the way we handle our fame and aspiring subconscious minds, the kind of literary communities we associate with, and the harmful secrets of conforming attributes of literature that later throw us in mess.

The description is 'us', why? because the truth is that, in every guilty activity there is some sort of innocence. Some writers do not know when they become victims, even I do not know if I'm, but we all need consciousness and purity, safety and defectiveness. The earlier you discover, stay clear because there will be no explanations to save you while obviously among the community of conformers.

In summary, everyone can be great, everyone can promote and every writing deserves an applause. But how pure are your instincts and prospects, determine the position you fall into when you realise all this. Literature is a mirror of life, it can only tell you from it's translative view, but can not deviate from the truth, even if it does, darkness does not last longer.
