Article – 20 ways to prevent corona virus infection 

1. To avoid corona virus, you should wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
2. Use tissue / handkerchief while coughing and sneezing
3. Go to the market wearing a face mask. You can also use handkerchief if there is no mask.
4. The treatment of corona virus is based on helping the patient's body breathe and increasing the body's immunity so that the person's body is able to fight the virus itself. Therefore, eating food that increases resistance will be beneficial for you.
5. Keep distance from infected person.
6. Those who feel that they are infected should not go to a doctor, pharmacy or hospital, but should seek information on the phone or online from the health workers present in their area. Also, helpline number should be contacted.
7. If you are a foreign traveler, keep distance from others until the investigation is done.
8. Eat foods containing vitamin-C in food. Drink lemon in lukewarm water. Take amla.
9. Drink warm water and take sunlight.
10. Do not consume stale and cold foods.
11. If suspected of becoming infected, one should immediately keep himself in isolation (ie stay in the house for 14 days, do not go to the market or any other public place and try to stay away from family members too).
12. These viruses can exist on any surface and that too possibly for several days. So it is important that we keep our phones and other useful items clean.
13. Avoid visiting crowded places.
14. Gargle with warm salt water. This prevents the virus from reaching the lungs.
15. Drink a cup of hot milk by adding a pinch of turmeric powder.
16. Avoid shaking hands with anyone.
17. Try to avoid contact with a person with a cold, cold, or meet with a mask.
18. Avoid carnivores as much as possible. Use only fruits, vegetables, milk etc. brought from the market by washing them.
19. In any case stay at home and eat only home-made food.
20. Practice yoga regularly and keep the body healthy.
